Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and system updates
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and organizing merchandise
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid state-issued ID for equipment operation
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
