Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling
- Verify inventory accuracy against shipping/receiving documents
- Maintain organized storage areas and safety compliance standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided) for material movement
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete daily warehouse reports and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Flexible availability to cover morning/afternoon/evening shifts
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-sponsored)
- Background check and drug screening required
