Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect products for quality and report inventory discrepancies
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, or evenings
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
