Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts safely
- Optimize picking routes to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety zones
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve order discrepancies
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Flexible availability during weekday daytime hours (6AM-6PM)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
