Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification) to move inventory efficiently
- Inspect goods for quality assurance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized storage areas and follow FIFO inventory procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 6-8 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating equipment)
- Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
