Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and stage frozen food products using RF scanners and voice-pick systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock rotation
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Adhere to strict HACCP and food safety protocols in -20°F environments
- Collaborate with packers and shipping teams to meet daily targets
- Complete quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work in subzero temperatures
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
