Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, pack, and organize materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Inspect and report equipment maintenance needs to prevent operational delays
- Support receiving and shipping processes with timeliness and accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with inventory management software and scanning systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid Louisiana driver's license required
