Responsibilities
- Load/unrefrigerated trucks and organize inventory in cold storage (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration systems safely
- Maintain strict sanitation and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Complete inventory documentation using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team to optimize storage efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (thermal gear provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to shift location
- No prior cold storage experience required
