Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, box sealers, conveyors) safely and efficiently
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstation and warehouse areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hand scanners
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, or evenings (schedule discussed during hiring)
