Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team to optimize overnight workflow efficiency
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper techniques
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to overnight shift location
- Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Flexible availability to cover variable overnight schedules
