Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse associates with flexible scheduling
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control and accuracy through WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Prepare performance reports and operational metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution or logistics
- Proven ability to manage teams with flexible scheduling models
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse best practices
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and inventory software
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse equipment
