Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload temperature-controlled freight using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Maintain organized storage areas with proper FIFO rotation
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
- Adhere to HACCP compliance for food-grade facilities
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold chain experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
