Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders while maintaining quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to ensure system accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and processing inbound shipments
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment
- Reliable transportation to the Amazon fulfillment center
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
