Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship products in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain organized inventory systems and conduct cycle counts
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipment
- Assist with warehouse cleaning and maintenance duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
