Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately based on picking tickets and warehouse management system (WMS) data.
- Operate handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S principles.
- Inspect products for damage or defects prior to packaging and shipping.
- Load outbound trucks and containers, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure fastening.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy goals.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for scanning and labeling.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
