Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipment
- Maintain organized and clean storage areas following 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document inventory movements and complete required paperwork
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Park location
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or early mornings as needed
- No prior warehouse experience required - comprehensive training provided
