Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight using company-provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Verify shipment accuracy and documentation against packing lists
- Maintain organized warehouse inventory and staging areas
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment operation guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
