Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight using pallet jacks and forklifts while adhering to safety protocols
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality control
- Maintain organized inventory records and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics workflows
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) with precision
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or ability to pass company training
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends as needed
