Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for same-day shipping operations
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle accuracy standards
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and warehouse cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during overnight shifts
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
