Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments accurately and efficiently using proper equipment
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely
- Inspect and organize inventory to maintain warehouse standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability to work various shifts (mornings, afternoons, nights)
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
