Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and seal orders according to specifications using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging
- Operate packing equipment (e.g., shrink wrappers, tape dispensers) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory records and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Proficiency with handheld scanners and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for occasional on-site shifts
