Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect and sort inventory for accuracy and quality compliance
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas and dock zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Document inventory movements and equipment usage in digital systems
- Adapt to flexible shift schedules including evenings, weekends, and peak periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Flexible availability to work varying shifts (mornings, afternoons, weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid California driver's license a plus
