Responsibilities
- Pick and pack temperature-sensitive products using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS platforms
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Adhere to strict temperature control protocols for perishable goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license
