Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) for efficient pallet movement in warehouse environment
- Perform daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Accurately manage inventory using RF scanning systems
- Maintain clean and organized staging/loading areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Adhere to all safety protocols and reporting procedures
- Train new hires on equipment operation standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including weekends/shifts
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Nevada driver's license required
