Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and automated systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety certifications
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace following OSHA and Amazon safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background/drug screening
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- OSHA forklift certification (training provided for eligible candidates)
