Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas
- Assist with receiving, shipping, and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license preferred
