Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in compliance with OSHA standards
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Manage inventory with meticulous record-keeping using WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and housekeeping procedures
- Train new operators on equipment handling and safety best practices
- Coordinate with supervisors to optimize warehouse workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of industrial forklift operation experience
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Clean driving record and pre-employment drug test clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
