Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Execute precise inventory movements and cycle counts with zero-error tolerance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Train new team members on safe material handling practices
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (3+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in warehouse inventory management systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Exceptional spatial awareness and depth perception skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean record
