Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized goods efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading workflows
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down forklifts in warehouse environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation

- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
