Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily pre-operation equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
- Assist in receiving, storing, and distributing goods in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience in warehouse environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
