Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse facility
- Load/unload trucks and containers following strict safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Ensure all operations comply with OSHA and company safety standards
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized storage areas
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
