Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company procedures rigorously
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations
- Document materials and movements accurately in warehouse systems
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment certifications
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
