Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete accurate documentation for all material movements
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company training)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial forklifts
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and material handling best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with inventory system experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
