Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory with accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Support other warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
