Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized materials in a 150,000 sq ft warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks with precision while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards and 5S workplace organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Operate auxiliary equipment including pallet jacks and order pickers
- Participate in quarterly safety training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent required
