Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move goods throughout the warehouse
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Load/unload trucks and containers with attention to inventory accuracy
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization systems
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
