Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in compliance with OSHA standards
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily, reporting malfunctions promptly
- Manage inventory counts and update warehouse management systems accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and staging products for shipment
- Complete required documentation and reports with precision
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Clean driving record and pre-employment drug screen required
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons
