Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers following strict safety protocols.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper working order and report any malfunctions.
- Manage inventory counts and ensure accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience with RF scanners and warehouse software is a plus.
