Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of all warehouse activities
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on forklifts to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized storage and workflow
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and shipping processes with attention to detail
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or ability to obtain immediately
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating industrial forklifts (sit-down and stand-up)
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
