Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load and unload trucks.
- Inspect equipment for defects and perform routine maintenance checks before and after shifts.
- Organize and stock inventory in a systematic and efficient manner.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Complete daily logs and reports accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating forklifts (Class 1, 3, or 4) is required.
- Valid forklift operator certification or license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
