Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse and yard areas
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory documentation and reporting systems with accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in warehouse organization and space optimization initiatives
- Support loading/unloading of trucks and palletization of goods
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of industrial forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS preferred)
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (warehouse environment)
