Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move materials efficiently and safely
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Assist in training new team members on equipment operation procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Osha-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of industrial equipment operation experience
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and hazard prevention
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
