Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications
- Inspect products for damage and ensure quality control
- Operate packing equipment (tape dispensers, scales, box cutters)
- Maintain organized inventory and warehouse cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Use warehouse management systems for order tracking
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in climate-controlled warehouse
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
