Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-pick systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and quality checks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Support warehouse organization and cleanliness initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to our Albuquerque facility
