Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse
- Load/unload trucks with precision using pallet jacks & conveyors
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all material handling operations
- Optimize inventory flow through WMS system integration
- Train junior operators on safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 2+ years industrial equipment operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work 8-12 hour shifts
- Proficiency with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail in documentation
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
