Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure safe, efficient operation
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Coordinate with warehouse team for efficient loading/unloading of shipments
- Document inventory movements and maintain accurate records
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized workspaces
- Participate in continuous safety training programs
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ years of industrial equipment operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
