Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within warehouse and storage facilities
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance
- Manage inventory accurately using RF scanning systems and digital tracking tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments and organizing storage areas
- Document operations and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Clean driving record and valid California driver's license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
