- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
- Stack and organize materials in designated storage areas
- Assist with warehouse cleanup and organization duties
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-approved forklift certification required
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and hazard prevention
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (warehouse environment)
