Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) to move, load, and unload materials
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily, reporting any malfunctions immediately
- Verify inventory counts and document material movements accurately
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow efficiency
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and hazard awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
