Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery: Safely drive forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload materials.
- Inventory Management: Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Material Handling: Stack, arrange, and organize products in designated areas to optimize warehouse space and efficiency.
- Paperwork: Maintain accurate logs and documentation for daily operations and inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Experience: Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on inventory accuracy and safety protocols.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
